Shipping
Q: Which country do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the U.S., the U.K., Germany, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Russia, Brazil, UAE, Turkey, and Kazakhstan.
If your country is not from the list, please feel free to send us an email to confirm if we could ship to your area.
Q: Can you ship without insurace?
A: Our products are valuable. Therefore, we only ship with insurance.
Q: Can I choose the shipping company, like FEDEX or UPS?
A: Yes. If your courier of choice has a branch in Japan, we would happily accommodate your request.
Q: Can you ship by sea?
A: Yes, we can as long as our products can be insurance.
Return policy
Q: Do you allow returns and exchanges?
A: Sorry but all sales are final.
The only time we will accept returns or refunds is if the insured products get damaged in transit.
Damage caused by mishandling of the product by the buyer is not our responsibility.
Products
Q: Can I request for a particular product, like Kwan Yin or a Buddha pendant?
A: You can send us an email regarding a product that you are looking for. We will try our best to get hold of it. However, please bear in mind that some products are hard to find. Therefore, we could not really guarantee that we will be able to find what you are looking for.
Custom duty
Q: Is it possible for you to declare the amount of the product cheaper than it really is? I am hoping I could save on custom's cost.
A: We do apologize but we could not do that. I hope you understand.
